Each month we are partnering with the Interfaith Counseling Center to provide a Mental Wellness Workshop designed for college students. September’s workshop will be on Wednesday, Sept. 18th at 6:30PM at the High Point College and Young Adult Building. Join us as Dr. Jennifer Degler discusses the following:
- Effects of anxiety on your brain
- Why you may be a “born worrier”
- Healthy ways to manage stress and anxiety, including nutrition, supplements, exercise, and anti-anxiety medication
-Anxiety management techniques
-Catching anxiety spirals early
-Getting rid of excess muscle tension… AND MORE!
