Yoga at the ROC- Spring 2019

Interested in learning gentle movement, breathing and deep relaxation techniques to reduce stress, pain or fatigue? Did you know we have yoga at the ROC? Classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays from 7:00 - 8:00pm in the Aerobics Room with instructor Rachel Floyd. No need to sign up. Just drop in and give it a try. $5 per session.
